All About Mrs. Strodthoff

Hi!  My name is Lori Strodthoff and I am a First Grade teacher at Franklin Elementary School. Wausau became my home in 1992 and I have enjoyed living in this tight knit, but growing, community.  I have a large family with six amazing kids and two incredible grandkids.  I have a lot of interests outside of school from reading and gardening to scuba diving and traveling.

I attended my undergrade education at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota and received my Master's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin. I have been teaching for a very long time and I can tell you, First Grade  is an exciting adventure. The best part of being a teacher is getting children excited about learning.  I believe every child should be valued and treated with respect.  An education should empower a child and help him or her make a positive contribution to our world.

I can be reached by phone at : 715-261-0000 at extention 24113.

I am usually in the building from 7:30 to 4:00

Or by email at: [email protected]

I am excited to be a part of YOUR child’s learning team!
